About the Role
As CFO, you'll oversee financial planning, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and strategic financial growth for Cornerstone.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations
- Manage financial risk and treasury operations
You'll Thrive Here If You
- 10+ years of financial management experience
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and West African financial regulations
- Track record with fundraising and investor relations
Bonus Points
- Startup or early-stage company experience
- Experience with mobile money ecosystems
- International finance exposure
