Be the bridge between Cornerstone and our partners — ensuring every institution and merchant feels supported and empowered.

About the Role

You'll help onboard institutions, ensure smooth adoption, and build relationships that create long-term value for our customers.

What You'll Do

Onboard new institutions and merchants onto the platform
Provide training and ongoing support to customers
Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues
Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team
Build lasting relationships with key accounts

You'll Thrive Here If You

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and patience in customer-facing situations
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Experience or strong interest in fintech or SaaS

Bonus Points

Fluency in Twi or other Ghanaian languages
Previous customer success or account management experience
