Help us streamline our operations and improve efficiency across all functions at Cornerstone.
About the Role
You'll work on process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth workflows across pay, collect, and save operations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and optimise operational processes
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement
- Manage relationships with key service providers and partners
- Develop and document internal processes and SOPs
You'll Thrive Here If You
- 3+ years of operations experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Bonus Points
- Experience with payment operations
- Project management certification
- Knowledge of mobile money operations in Ghana
