About the Role
We're seeking a curious, organised, and user-focused Product Manager to help transform Cornerstone's vision into practical financial technology solutions.
You'll support product planning, research, prioritisation, and delivery across Cornerstone Save, Collect, and Pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research with individuals, merchants, and organisations.
- Help define product requirements, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain product backlogs and coordinate priorities with engineering.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and release plans.
- Test completed features and gather feedback from users.
- Track metrics such as adoption, activation, usage, and retention.
- Document product workflows, user stories, and proposed improvements.
- Help evaluate new product opportunities and partner integrations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and analytical thinking.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
- Interest in digital finance, payments, or technology products.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teammates.
