Help shape the future of Cornerstone's products from concept to launch by bridging user needs and engineering execution.
About the Role
You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define features that matter most to our institution and merchant communities.
What You'll Do
- Define and prioritise product features based on user research
- Work closely with engineers and designers to ship features
- Write clear product requirements and user stories
- Measure product impact and iterate based on data
- Act as the voice of the customer in all product decisions

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to break complex problems into simple solutions
- Data-driven thinking with an ability to interpret metrics
- Experience or strong interest in fintech or payments
Bonus Points
- Previous PM or startup experience
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Experience with product tools (Jira, Notion, Figma)
